    True, the animation is crap, but if it's really funny it doesn't matter if the animation is not that good.

    And don't tell me that "everybody's first animation is crap", cause i know and i can't even look at my first animation without crying...

    Tweens are okay if you know how to use them but most people don't.

    My tween expertise:

    I animate FBF at 12 fps. Then I up it to 24 FPS and seperate each keyframe by one frame. I tween between them where possible. It makes it look stellar smooth.
