It was back and newer than ever for about 5 hours before boom, database connect errors. Brny and Volt aren't on and haven't been in several hours, the only one I can think of with DB access is Simon, anything he does he's entitled to do due to him being the rich guy who oens the server, if he did anything that is. Otherwise, it's a helluva bug.
